Meet The Team
Bob founded Coppertree Homes in 2004 and currently serves as President. He is the father of Jake and Danielle, and resides in Dublin with his wife Diane. He enjoys time with his family, the golf course, and is a longtime Cleveland Browns fan.
As a husband and father of five, Tim is very excited for his new upcoming role as a grandpa. He has been in and around the building industry for over 40 years, which pales in comparison to the amount of time he’s invested as a fan of the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
Justin Shear lives in Powell with his wife, Samantha, who is expecting their first child. He attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, where he played football. Interesting fact: He created the Mac –N-Cheese Burger, but receives no royalties.
Karl Long resides in Hilliard and has been in the building industry for over 10 years, but has been building and remodeling with his father since he was old enough to carry cement blocks. He is also an alumni and fan of The Ohio State University.
Married to his wonderful wife, Lisa, Ben enjoys spending time with her and their two year old daughter Leah. Ben has been in the residential home construction business since 1998 and enjoys outdoor activities such as riding dirt bikes and four wheelers.
Born in Cleveland, Holly was raised as and still is a Cleveland Browns fan. In Septemeber 2010, she married the love of her life at Huntington Park, the home of the Clippers baseball team in Columbus. She truly enjoys helping her homeowners design their dream homes.
Curtis is an accomplished construction professional with over 25 years of building experience. He has demonstrated expertise in in the areas of project management, operations, and staff management within residential/commercial development. He lives in Canal Winchester with his wife and two children.
Mr. Amos has more than 10 years of residential construction experience with several national and small private homebuilders. He holds a BS in construction management from The Ohio State University. Ryan and his wife Shannon reside in Canal Winchester with their three young sons.
