This two-story beauty is a testament to the power of custom homebuilding.  Every space of this home was fully personalized for our clients.  Bringing this beautiful new home to life, with the backdrop of the wonderful wooded home site has truly been a joy for our team and trade partners.

The home boasts a lovely formal foyer area, a parlor with a powder room, a great room with a grand fireplace, with views to the treed lot.  The open kitchen will be a favorite space as they enjoy cooking and entertaining.  The kitchen offers sweeping views of the open dining hall, rear patio, and screened porch.

Some of the favorite spaces are his/her home offices.  Both have their own personality, with custom-designed desks with unique countertops, unique built-in shelving, and have views to the meditation garden.

The Owner’s Suite is profiled in a step-up space on the second floor and encompasses the entire backside of the home.  It is complete with ceiling interests, a spa-like bath with a huge shower, a shaving station, and his/her vanity areas.  Just off the bath is the custom walk-in closet area, plus the workout and meditation rooms.  The rest of the second level has two additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath, and the large laundry area.

The lower level is complete with two more bedrooms, connected to a shared bath area, a large recreation space with custom wood detailing, plus a dynamic epoxy floor finished to look like flowing water!

We love the exterior details and the horseshoe driveway, accented with lighted stone columns.  We are proud to have worked with this client and wish them many prosperous years there!
