Bronze Beauty

The task was to complement this one-of-a-kind home site with a lovely design. A new home was the first step in this journey.  Allowing the family the chance to take advantage of the wooded, creek views from many of the rooms was the driving force behind the design elements. The home is a traditional two-story and has destination spaces throughout.  The foyer showcases a large barrel roll ceiling with views of the open Great Room, home office, and connection to the family entrance mud hall.

The kitchen is smartly designed to give you views of the great room, casual dining, wine social room, plus the gorgeous wooded lot.  Off the kitchen are a large messy pantry space, mud hall, and large walk-in closet.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, plus another home office, and laundry.  The Owner’s Suite has a walk-out covered deck and spa-like bath.  Even the stairs have been given attention with a beautiful runner, shiplap accents, and a large window at the landing.

The bright, lower level has a flex room with egress, two recreation spaces, a bar area, plus has natural light from the featured windows.  The walls in the bar are accented with wood paneling that was milled right from the home site!
