Coppertree Homes is proud to show off this sprawling ranch, just completed in Dublin.  This home was a labor of love for our team and trade partners.  The clients just relocated to Columbus from Montana and brought with them experience building a custom home there.  They were meticulous with every element of the home.  Their passion to “get it right” shines through, as this home is spectacular in every way.

This sprawling ranch includes four bedrooms, a grand owner’s suite, plus a home office.  The homesite and elaborate landscaping design is the perfect backdrop to the views from the Great Room and dynamic open kitchen.  There is an oversized rear covered porch and functional messy pantry space just off the kitchen.  The lower level has a dance studio, in which they can fine-tune their ballroom dancing skills, plus a large crafting area!

Details throughout this home are too many to mention!  The home is unique and personalized in every way.  It fits the personality of the owners and we could not be more delighted to have collaborated with them and see the vision unfold over these last two years.
