This ranch home was a true collaboration with beloved clients!  They began exploring the option to custom build a home several years ago, with Coppertree Homes, then decided to pause the project.  They so enjoyed meeting our team and the steps to design a personalized home, they knew that Coppertree Homes would again be the builder of choice for them!

This ranch home has a gorgeous, arched double front door, framed by a barrel roll covered porch.  The double doors are the perfect introduction to the large foyer, which showcases views to the custom wood details at the switch-back stairs and first home office space.

From the Great Room, there are views to the terrific kitchen, rear covered porch, and dining.  Off the dining, you have views to the kitchen and double door entry to the second home office.  The main level pub is just off the dining area and has a stone arched accent that greets you to that space.

The unique 3 car garage is laid out to offer additional storage space, plus allows the family quick access to a custom drop zone, Costco® sized storage area and smart laundry room.

The lower level has finished spaces, including a Recreation Room, billiards area, bedroom, full bath, plus there is an under-the-stairs finished space that will be the perfect hideout for little ones that visit!
