Traditional Two Story On Golf Course

This Traditional Two-Story home is situated next to an upscale golf course setting.  In an excellent example of the versatility of the Coppertree Homes Team, the design elements for the exterior of the home was the vision of the customer, whom has formal education in architecture.  The client provide a rough sketch of how the home should flow throughout and it was our pleasure to bring their vision to life.

The home as two home office spaces and a music room, all located from the Central Hall and Formal Foyer.  The unique open, switchback staircase design offers views of all three levels.  The family entrance has convenient access to the Laundry & Mud Hall, with ample storage spaces.

The Kitchen is definitely the heart of the home design and has dramatic appliances, granite counters and semi-custom cabinetry.  The Kitchen has open views to the Great Room & Dining Hall, plus the large walk-out deck.

There are five bedrooms, plus four full and one half bath. The Owner’s Retreat is complete with a sitting room, beautiful ceiling details, and large bath with nearly 12’ of vanity spaces!

The finished lower level has a walkout layout with access to the patio, located below the main level deck, plus a home theatre room, large recreational space and convenience bar.
