Since the trees are the focal point for the backdrop of the home, there are many windows placed throughout to maximize the views. The formal foyer offers the family privacy and conveniently has access to the private home office and guest suite. Out-of-town family can use the guest suite with private garage access, their own kitchenette, laundry, mud hall plus large bedroom & private bath.

As is the case with every Coppertree home, the switchback stairs are very wide and grand and have dramatic views to the wooded lot. The top of the stairs has a large family loft command center and quick access to laundry. The bedrooms are strategically designed for the family unit, with each space telling its own story. The Owner’s Retreat is complete with a restful sitting area that offers views of the tree-lined canvas, plus the two-sided fireplace. In the Owner’s bath, there is a large walk-in shower, soaking tub & oversized double vanity.

There are custom built-ins throughout nearly every room in the house, such as the Owner’s walk-in closet, the Great Room, coffee/breakfast nook & reading benches. The expansive mud halls have lockers, benches and custom desk areas too!

The main level is complete with dramatic Great Room & spectacular, yet simple Kitchen layout. The customers had a unique vision to incorporate casual sitting in the private coffee/breakfast area & dining hall that leads to the large covered porch. The pantry is one of the largest Coppertree Homes has ever built and it is sure to be an appreciated space for this growing family!

The lower level even has natural light elements and boasts a family craft center, Rec Area, custom bar, full bath and large home gym! There are extra little details in spaces under the stairs!

The courtyard 4-car garage space will be ideal for family & friend parking or for the family to use as a private outdoor play area.
