SPRAWLING RANCH ON THE RIVER! by Coppertree Homes

Our team recently completed a project on one of the few remaining homesites situated on the Olentangy River, close to Dublin. The clients detailed their vision for every inch of the home and we are so grateful to have been a trusted partner for the construction of this home.

The home has extraordinary window placements to allow for views to the river. There are wide-open spaces, yet each part of the home is truly a destination. The home has a dynamic Owner’s Suite, complete with a spa-like bath. The kitchen has a dramatic window allowing the owners to view a private courtyard.

The guest suite was designed to give the buyers a nostalgic feel, as many features were an ode to time spent at their grandparent’s home as children.  Also, there is a main level pub showcasing double Western® Doors that allow the owners to expand the living space to the outdoors.

The very rustic beams and reclaimed wood placed on walls, plus the barrel roll ceilings detailed with thin brick accents help to create a vintage vibe throughout. The flooring, staircase, plus the details around the two fireplaces and the custom built shelving complete the personalization found in every corner of this home.
