Sunbury Ranch on The Pond- New Custom Home Built For Our Inspiring Client

This Sunbury ranch home is a wonderful example of how every home built by Coppertree Homes is truly custom and exclusively designed in collaboration with our clients.

Our clients knew exactly how they wanted this home to look and function for their interests, which include designated spaces for their beloved dogs and so that they could truly enjoy their personal hobbies, which include photography and woodworking.

For the dogs, there is a room dedicated to their needs with sleeping quarters, cleaning, and private access to a fenced dog run on the side yard. For her photography studio one of the guest suites has been designed with an abundance of natural light with views of the pond. For his woodworking shop, we carved out an area next to the garage, which can be accessed from the front drive or through a connection inside the garage spaces. This space has its own heating and cooling system, which will offer year-round comfort for the many upcoming projects.

The home site is most definitely one of the most beloved features for this home, as it has sweeping views, which can be appreciated from nearly every space in the house and from the screened porch and back covered patio.

We especially love the details throughout this home that are unique to this family. The kitchen has been designed with fun spaces like the special appliance storage area, the water plumbing for a future coffee machine, and the hand painted tiles above the cooktop are just a few examples. The fireplace wall has a modern flare with a tile finish and floating shelves, the flat shower entry with trench drain and the smart placement of the laundry are just a few more of the personalized spaces that we love.
